I'm donateing this page to my sister Karen Coyan who died of cancer 2/2/2000. Karen Brenneman was born in Miami County Hospital on August 14, 1959, to Don and Ruby Brenneman. This is her senior picture. |
After attending Prairie View High School, Karen went to Fort Scott College and took Vo Tech Cosmetology school for two years. |

I know this isn't a very good picture, but Karen loved her dogs. She had a dog she loved dearly called Scrappy, from the Scooby Doo show. She lost Scrappy for awhile, but later found her in the dog pound. She had been ran over and they were getting ready to put her to sleep. Karen brought her back home and had the vet work on her. For the rest of Scrappy's life she had to have a cart on wheels attach to her back legs to get around. Karen cared for Scrappy for several years before Scrappy died. |
Karen died of cancer which started in her Cervical and spread to her Ovarian and stomach. Its very important that every woman get her yearly check up. |
